The resolution no 2 of the EGSM - supplementing

Referring to the current report no 21dated 6.02.2007 comprising the drafts of the resolutions of the EGSM convened on 14.02.2007, the Management Board of Stalexport S.A. informs that at the EGSM on 14.02.2007 it is going to submit an amendment to the Resolution no 2, in point 3 by adding the words: "given out" .

The rest of the content of the project of the Resolution no 2 is unchanged.
The new shares will participate in dividend, the right to which will arise, since the date the shares will be issued and given out or entered on the securities account of the subscriber.
