Transferring the right of perpetual usufruct

Referring to the current report no 41/2006 dated 30.06.2006, concerning information about selling the right of perpetual usufruct of not built lots with area of 14,701 sq.m., the Management Board of STALEXPORT S.A. informs that on 30 August 2006 the Agreement on transferring the right of perpetual usufruct was signed by Stalexport S.A. and "ZFI HAVRE Sp. z o.o. under organization" with seat in Cracow, because the President of the City of Katowice did not exercise the pre-emption right due the Commune.
