Be informed that the following English-language document is an uncertified translation of the original Polish version of the Company’s Prospectus. The Polish-language Prospectus of the Company approved by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (,,PFSA”) on 19^th July, 2019 (,,Prospectus”) is the only official and legally binding document about the admission and introduction of the Company’s shares to trading on the regulated market (Main Market) operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Please note that all opinions, conclusions and decisions should be made by investors only on the basis of the Prospectus that is approved by PFSA’s decision.
